Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate psychiatric care to patients in a medical setting
• Monitor and document patient behaviors and symptoms accurately
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support treatment plans
• Administer medications and assist with therapeutic interventions
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all patients

Qualifications

• Current California Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) license
• Strong communication and charting skills
• Experience working with behavioral health patients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and flexible with daily scheduling needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Behavioral health assessment and intervention
• Patient charting and documentation
• Communication and engagement techniques
• Core psychiatric care principles
• Symptom monitoring and reporting
