Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (shift may vary per diem)
Candidate Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to geriatric patients in a rehab facility
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Support patient mobility and transfer with safety techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document care provided accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
