Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with therapists and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maryland (or compact state)
• BLS certification required
• Previous rehab or long-term care experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in electronic health records
