Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist during placement and adjustment of braces and Invisalign aligners
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment
• Take and process dental X-rays as directed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Maintain patient records and manage appointment scheduling
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Fully knowledgeable in orthodontics, including braces and Invisalign
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in orthodontic procedures and instruments
• Proficient in dental software and digital charting
• Excellent patient care and chairside manner
• Attention to detail and infection control protocols
