Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with some weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on occupational therapy support to patients in acute care and inpatient rehab settings
• Collaborate with the therapy team to implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients in regaining independence with daily living activities
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Support weekend coverage to ensure continuity of care for patients

Qualifications

• Current COTA license or eligibility upon acceptance
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• ASHA certification required
• Less than 1 year of experience welcome to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Acute care and inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Patient-centered approach to therapy
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment
• Weekend flexibility and reliability
