Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating weekday call 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM and every other weekend call Friday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM, Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging including abdomen, OB/GYN, breast, and NICU studies
Assist with breast biopsies and interventional radiology procedures
Support operating room cases with real-time imaging expertise
Conduct Doppler studies and neonatal head, kidney, and spine imaging
Transport patients when volumes are low to support other modalities
Document thoroughly and communicate effectively with radiologists and providers

Qualifications

ARDMS certification required
BLS certification required
Experience in breast imaging and procedures preferred
Familiarity with NICU imaging including neonatal heads, kidneys, and spines
Valid driver's license required at submittal
Strong communication and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems
Comfortable working with Siemens Sequoia ultrasound equipment
Knowledge of Trophon probe cleaning protocols
Ability to handle 10-12 scans per day efficiently
Understanding of general ultrasound, breast biopsies, IR procedures, and OR imaging
