Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat 9-11 patients daily with personalized care plans
Provide expert physical therapy services for orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
Collaborate with PTA team members to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
Develop treatment strategies for total joint replacements and balance disorders
Create meaningful connections with patients while helping them achieve their mobility goals

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification needed
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Strong clinical skills in outpatient physical therapy settings
Excellent communication and patient care abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy expertise
Orthopedic rehabilitation knowledge
Neurological and vestibular treatment experience
Total joint replacement protocols
Balance and fall prevention strategies
Cerner EMR documentation proficiency
