Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and mobility
Monitor, document and report patient conditions and changes to the care team
Support safe transfers and proper use of medical equipment
Collaborate with nurses and clinical staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (state registry required; Pennsylvania preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient centered mindset
Prior CNA experience preferred but new grads with enthusiasm are encouraged to apply

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completed CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands on patient care and ADL assistance
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Time management and reliable attendance
Empathy, patience and strong interpersonal skills
