Shift Type: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day (30-minute meal break)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Monitor and document patient condition, vitals, and changes in status
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to coordinate excellent care
Maintain clear, thorough charting in the facility’s documentation system
Educate residents and families about care plans and ongoing needs

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — required
Comfortable working the Mon/Wed/Sat schedule and clinically sound judgment
Local candidates only (assignment is LOCAL ONLY)
BLS/CPR certification preferred or obtained upon hire per facility policy
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
State LPN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Proficient in patient assessment and monitoring
Experience with documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
Ability to manage time effectively during long day shifts
Strong interpersonal skills for resident and family interactions
