Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and support their daily needs
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
Monitor and accurately document vital signs and resident observations
Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control practices
Communicate clearly and kindly with the nursing team and residents' families
Contribute to a positive, respectful environment that promotes dignity and comfort

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Local candidates only (assignment is local-only per order notes)
Availability to work the scheduled shifts: Thursday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
Clear verbal and written communication with clinical teams
Dependability, empathy, and strong teamwork skills
Comfortable following care plans and documenting interventions
