Shift Type: 8-hour shifts, schedule to be determined (exact start/end times and days will be provided by the facility)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents including assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
- Support patient comfort and safety through attentive observation and timely intervention
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and proper use of assistive devices to reduce fall risk
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care
- Accurately document care provided and communicate clearly during shift handoffs
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required) — must meet Pennsylvania state requirements
- Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings/immunizations
- Strong communication skills and a patient, respectful bedside manner
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a care team
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completed CNA training program and active CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and infection control practices
- Ability to take and accurately record vital signs and intake/output
- Familiarity with patient safety protocols and fall prevention
- Good documentation skills and adherence to HIPAA and facility policies
- Teamwork mindset and ability to follow direction from licensed nursing staff
