Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care to trauma, burn and surgical ICU patients, maintaining a 2:1 patient ratio
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Perform specialized procedures including wound care, EVD management, and participation in massive transfusion protocols (MTP)
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in EMR (Meditech)
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Serve as a dependable team player, offering assistance and clear communication during high-acuity situations

Qualifications

• Current RN certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU/critical care experience (explicit in job data)
• Experience in Trauma, Burn, or Surgical ICU (must-have)
• BSN preferred
• CCRN preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable floating to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU or PCU when needed

• ICU nursing fundamentals and critical care equipment
