Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with MST specialty practices
Assess patient status and document findings clearly and timely
Administer medications and treatments safely according to policy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
Educate patients and families on care, recovery, and available resources
Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or compact RN licensure where applicable
Specialty experience or interest in MST-related care preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications a plus
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work per diem shifts with reliable attendance

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical knowledge of adult patient assessment and nursing interventions
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Good judgment in prioritizing patient care and escalating concerns
Comfort working in fast-paced clinical environments
Culturally sensitive approach to patient interactions
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
