Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications and document treatments accurately and timely
Monitor resident condition and communicate changes to the care team and provider
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate safe, effective care
Educate residents and families on care plans, medications and discharge planning
Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Pennsylvania preferred
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS/other certifications a plus
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Excellent communication, teamwork and resident-centered care orientation

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Thorough knowledge of nursing assessment, care planning, and documentation
Medication administration and safe IV/po skills
Infection control and wound care principles
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
Comfort with electronic health records and timely charting
Strong critical thinking and time-management abilities
