Shift Type: 12.5-hour shifts (exact start/end times vary by facility); days vary; rotating 12.5-hour schedule. Orientation required.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients as an LPN, making each interaction count
Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to plan
Perform timely documentation and charting to ensure continuity of care
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges with calm efficiency
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to create a seamless care experience
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Hampshire or eligible to obtain state licensure
Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred or able to obtain during orientation)
Clinical experience caring for adult patients preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Ability to complete required orientation and credentialing

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma or equivalent vocational nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessments
Accurate documentation and electronic health record familiarity
Patient safety, infection control, and standard nursing procedures
Good time management and prioritization during busy 12.5-hour shifts
Empathy, clear communication, and teamwork
