Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered respiratory care using evidence-based practices
Perform respiratory assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
Administer respiratory therapies and monitor patient response closely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document care accurately and communicate changes in patient condition
Participate in orientation and training to maintain high clinical standards

Qualifications

Active Respiratory Therapist license in Missouri (or eligible to obtain)
Current BLS; ACLS preferred or supported
Comfortable participating in a structured orientation program
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to care
Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding steps

Education

Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with respiratory equipment and therapeutic modalities
Knowledge of ventilator management and airway care
Clinical assessment and monitoring skills
Ability to document care in electronic medical records
Teamwork, adaptability, and patient-focused bedside manner
