Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to 8-10 patients daily
Assess and treat general orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
Help geriatric patients improve balance and prevent falls
Document care accurately using EMR systems
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to optimize patient outcomes
Create treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Current BLS and CPR certifications
EMR documentation experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy techniques
Orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Vestibular assessment and BPPV treatment
Geriatric fall prevention strategies
Electronic medical record documentation
Patient-centered care planning
