Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating weekday call 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM and every other weekend call Friday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM, Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging including abdomen, OB/GYN, breast, and NICU studies
Conduct breast biopsies and assist with IR procedures in the OR setting
Provide compassionate neonatal head, kidney, and spine imaging for our tiniest patients
Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Transport patients to other modalities when department volumes are low
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

Current ARDMS certification required
BLS certification required
Experience in breast imaging and procedures strongly preferred
Familiarity with NICU imaging including neonatal heads, kidneys, and spines
Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
Strong communication and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Siemens ultrasound equipment
Experience with EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS
Knowledge of general ultrasound, dopplers, and breast procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Comfortable with rotating call schedules and weekend coverage
