Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate mental health care to patients in a correctional setting
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions that make a real difference
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient wellness
Develop personalized treatment plans that empower recovery
Offer crisis intervention and support when patients need it most

Qualifications

Active California license as a Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
Strong clinical skills and passion for helping others
Ability to work effectively in a structured environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Mental health assessment and treatment planning
Individual and group therapy techniques
Crisis intervention and de-escalation
Documentation and clinical reporting
Working collaboratively within a care team
