Shift Type: Monday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Help create a warm, welcoming environment at Meridian Center

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in North Carolina
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Infection control practices
Vital signs monitoring
Documentation and reporting
Compassionate bedside manner
