Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on dietary guidelines and healthy eating habits
- Monitor and document patient progress to ensure effective nutrition interventions
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dietitian credential
- Strong clinical nutrition knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare setting
