Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts with 1x/week weeknight call and 1 weekend/month call (Friday evening through Monday AM)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and monitor hemodynamics during a variety of cardiac, vascular, peripheral, and neuro interventional procedures
Assist with conscious and moderate sedation, airway management, and cardiac drips including Integrilin, dopamine, and vasopressors
Support balloon pump procedures and respond to emergent cases as part of the STEMI receiving team
Collaborate with the Lead Tech and team to ensure smooth room assignments and case flow
Maintain safety standards and procedural processes in a fast-paced environment handling 10-22 cases daily

Qualifications

ARRT certification required
Fluoro permit required
Current BLS certification required
Minimum one year of current cath lab experience
Comfortable with conscious sedation, airway management, and cardiac drips
No RCIS or CCT accepted

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac and coronary procedures
Vascular and peripheral interventions
General IR and neuro intervention techniques
Hemodynamic monitoring and procedural documentation
Balloon pump operation and management
STEMI protocols and emergent case response
