Location: Santa Maria, California

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with call coverage from 3:30 PM - 7:00 AM on weekdays and every other weekend from 3:30 PM Friday to 7:00 AM Monday

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $93 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab and IR procedures with precision and care
Assist cardiologists during L&R caths, STEMIs, ICDs, pacemakers, and peripheral interventions
Support IR procedures including venous placements, port-a-caths, fistulas, and IVC filters
Collaborate with the care team across Cath Lab, IR, and EP lab environments
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner and Xper systems
Respond promptly to on-call emergencies within 30 minutes

Qualifications

Active RCIS or ARRT certification required
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
EP lab experience preferred for travelers
Travel experience is a plus
Ability to float between Cath Lab, IR, and EP lab settings

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of Cath Lab and IR procedures
Familiarity with Cerner and Xper systems
Comfortable working with Phillips telemetry equipment
Ability to handle 8-12 cases per day efficiently
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
