Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform thorough decontamination of surgical instruments and equipment
Assemble instrument trays with precision and attention to detail
Execute proper sterilization techniques to ensure patient safety
Handle scope reprocessing following strict infection control protocols
Prepare for upcoming da Vinci robot procedures with specialized equipment handling

Qualifications

Current CRCST certification required
Active BLS certification
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in decontamination processes and sterile technique
Knowledge of assembly and sterilization procedures
Understanding of scope reprocessing protocols
Familiarity with basic ortho, general, gyn, and GI cases
