Location: Grand Island, Nebraska

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call and every 5th or 6th weekend on call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional perioperative care across all surgical specialties including neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, and general procedures
Collaborate with a tight-knit team that values safety, longevity, and genuine camaraderie
Adapt to a dynamic daily schedule while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and mentoring others in the OR environment
Float to pre/post op, PACU, or ER trauma cases when needed to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong experience in Neuro and all surgical service lines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced OR without specialized teams
Willingness to complete a pass/fail skills exam during orientation
Valid driver's license for radius verification at time of submittal

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
Experience with DaVinci Robotics procedures
Ability to scrub in across multiple specialties
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to handle varied surgical schedules
