Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional respiratory care to adults, pediatrics, and neonates across the facility
Manage ventilators and provide advanced airway support using state-of-the-art Hamilton and Vapotherm equipment
Perform ABGs and EKGs to support accurate patient assessment and treatment planning
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to optimize patient outcomes
Assist with intubations while working alongside experienced providers
Provide compassionate care in a one-RT-per-shift model where your skills make an immediate impact

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential with Kansas state license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
Minimum one year of respiratory therapy experience
Comfortable working with adults, pediatrics, and neonates

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management and high-flow oxygen therapy
ABG interpretation and EKG performance
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
