Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with occasional pediatric cases
Manage ventilators and deliver life-supporting treatments with precision
Support level 2 nursery patients using bubble CPAP for infants 32 weeks and up
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP and ventilator setups, and nebulizer treatments
Stand by for conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Assist with intubations and collaborate with a 24/7 hospitalist team

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT credential accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Strong NICU experience with bubble CPAP competency
Ventilator management skills essential

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980 equipment
Philips V60 and Respironics Lumis for BiPAP support
Neonatal care for 32 weeks and older using bubble CPAP
ABG draws and airway management assistance
Team collaboration in a fast-paced inpatient setting
