Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform thorough decontamination of surgical instruments and equipment
Assemble and prepare sterile trays for various procedures
Execute proper sterilization techniques to ensure patient safety
Handle scope reprocessing with precision and care
Support the OR team including GI procedures and basic ortho cases
Prepare for upcoming da Vinci robot integration

Qualifications

Current CRCST certification required
BLS certification needed
Experience in sterile processing preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

Knowledge & Skills

Decontamination processes and protocols
Assembly and sterilization techniques
Scope reprocessing expertise
Knowledge of basic ortho, general, gyn, and GI procedures
Understanding of hospital sterile processing standards
