Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional respiratory care to adults, pediatrics, and neonates across inpatient and ER settings
Manage ventilators and deliver life-supporting treatments using advanced equipment
Perform ABGs and EKGs to support accurate patient assessment and treatment planning
Assist physicians with intubations and collaborate closely with the care team
Deliver compassionate care while rotating through weekends and holidays as part of a dedicated team

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential with Kansas state license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
Comfortable working independently as the sole RT on shift

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management and high-flow oxygen therapy
ABG interpretation and EKG performance
Hamilton ventilators and Vapotherm systems
Care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
