Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to adult patients on a busy 40-bed PCU unit
Titrate cardiac and critical drips such as Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
Monitor and interpret telemetry strips while delivering responsive, patient-centered care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients with cardiac, vascular, renal, and respiratory needs
Float to MedSurg or ICU as needed to care for PCU-level patients and maintain excellent patient experience scores

Qualifications

Active RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Competency managing arterial lines and titrating cardiac drips
Strong assessment skills and ability to read and interpret telemetry independently
Flexibility to float, work every other weekend, and cover at least two holidays during the contract

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and strip interpretation
Cardiac drip titration and arterial line management
Patient education and clear communication across diverse cultural backgrounds
Team collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
