Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate in all surgical specialties including CV, Neuro, Ortho, and General procedures
Support robotic-assisted surgeries using both Mako and DaVinci systems
Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses as needed to support patient flow
Precept new staff and contribute to a positive learning environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact license
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital OR experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to circulate in CV, Neuro, Ortho, and General cases
Robotics experience with Mako and DaVinci systems required
BLS certification and ability to respond to call within 30 minutes

Knowledge & Skills

Strong circulating skills across multiple surgical specialties
Comfortable with trauma, robotic, and complex cases
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and reliable with call coverage
