Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to adult patients on a busy Progressive Care Unit
Monitor and interpret telemetry to keep patients safe and stable
Titrate drips such as Heparin, Octreotide, and Insulin with precision
Collaborate with a supportive team during frequent admissions, transfers, and discharges
Float to Med/Surg, ICU, or ED when your skills match patient needs
Celebrate teamwork while overcoming daily challenges together

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Safe drip titration practices
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
Flexibility to float across units as needed
