Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care across multiple medical-surgical and telemetry units
Float throughout the vibrant Zone 1 region, adapting to diverse patient populations and specialties
Monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications including heparin drips, and respond promptly to patient needs
Collaborate with dedicated charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Support patients through cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, renal, and post-surgical journeys
Maintain accurate documentation and advocate for patients and families every step of the way

Qualifications

Active Colorado or compact RN license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of recent MS-Tele experience
Neuro experience preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and adapt to various units and schedules

Knowledge & Skills

Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
Comfort with heparin drip titration and managing diverse patient acuities
Excellent communication and teamwork across multiple facilities
Flexibility to float into ICU holds, PCU, or MS-Tele as needed
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Zone 1
