Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day with a focus on orthopedic conditions
Provide individualized treatment plans that help patients return to the activities they love
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs and SLPs for comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment approaches to maximize outcomes
Support patients across the spectrum of recovery in both outpatient and occasional acute settings

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is helpful but not mandatory
Strong clinical skills across a variety of diagnoses common in small-town settings

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy expertise with orthopedic focus
Ability to manage a busy caseload of 12 patients per day
Flexibility to assist in acute inpatient settings when needed
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Comfort working independently in a community-focused clinic
