Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 5x8's or 4x10's, to be discussed in interview. Weekly weeknight call plus weekend call, covering about 1-2 weeknights per week and every 3 weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert circulating and teching support for advanced GI procedures including ERCP, EUS, and EMR/ESD
Manage specialized equipment such as imaging catheters, sphincterotomy wires, stents, and ultrasound processors
Assist with tissue biopsies using Fine Needle Aspiration tools and advanced electrocautery setups
Handle balloon catheters for enteroscopy and support endoscopic suturing and stent deployment
Perform high-level disinfection and reprocessing of complex scopes following SGNA and manufacturer standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska
Strong circulating and teching experience in Endo/GI Lab
Ability to pass skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
Commitment to maintaining professional standards including fingernail policy

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced knowledge of ERCP, EUS, EMR/ESD, enteroscopy, and endolumenal surgery procedures
Proficiency in operating ultrasound processors and specialized GI equipment
Expertise in scope reprocessing and high-level disinfection standards
Strong attention to detail and patient safety protocols
