Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents at Meridian Center
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions throughout your shift
Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes
Support residents and families with kindness and professionalism

Qualifications

Active LPN license in North Carolina
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical and communication skills
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
Reliable transportation and flexibility for per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and documentation
Knowledge of long-term care practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and patient safety focus
