Location: Coos Bay, Oregon

Start Date: 06-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with 4 or 5 days per week, plus 7 days of call including one weekend in a 1:4 rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient oncology and hematology care to patients in a supportive cancer center environment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including radiation oncologists and advanced practice providers
Manage a diverse patient panel focusing on solid tumor diagnoses while supporting hematology needs
Utilize EPIC EMR to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care
Participate in call coverage to ensure continuous patient support

Qualifications

Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology required
Active Oregon medical license highly preferred
Clean background with no malpractice history highly preferred
DEA certification required
CAQH login and password required at time of offer

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical expertise in medical oncology and hematology
Comfortable managing 10-15 outpatient visits per day
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care model
Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
