Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat 9-11 patients daily with personalized care plans
Provide expert physical therapy services for orthopedic, total joint, vestibular, and neuro conditions
Collaborate with PTA team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
Develop treatment strategies for balance difficulties and movement disorders
Create meaningful connections with patients on their rehabilitation journey

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification needed
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Strong clinical skills in outpatient physical therapy settings
Excellent communication and patient care abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
Vestibular and balance disorder treatment approaches
Neurological rehabilitation principles
Total joint replacement recovery protocols
Cerner electronic medical records system
Patient assessment and care planning
