Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate cardiac and neurological care to adult and geriatric patients
Monitor continuous EEG and respond to critical changes with confidence
Titrate cardiac and seizure medications while keeping patients safe and comfortable
Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team across PCU, ICU, and rehab units
Deliver patient-centered care on a fast-paced 35-bed unit with 1:4-5 ratios

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum one year of recent PCU or telemetry experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and excellent communication abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac monitoring and drip titration expertise
EEG monitoring experience
Ability to float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab as needed
Comfortable working with adults and geriatric populations
