Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate physical therapy care to patients in their homes
Conduct start of care assessments and resumption of care visits
Complete recertifications and daily treatment visits with a typical caseload of 5-6 patients
Collaborate with clinical coordinators and fellow therapists for support and guidance
Perform occasional safety evaluations or teaching visits in hospice situations

Qualifications

Current North Dakota Physical Therapy License
BLS certification required
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Home Health experience and OASIS training preferred
First time travelers welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Comfortable working independently in home settings
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Familiarity with OASIS documentation preferred
Ability to manage a 6.5 point per day productivity standard
