Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with weeknight, weekend, and holiday call coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional perioperative care across gynecological, general, orthopedic, urological, ENT, and podiatry procedures
Scrub and circulate in the main OR and Family Birth Center to support safe, high-quality surgical outcomes
Collaborate with surgeons and the care team to ensure smooth case flow and excellent patient experiences
Respond to call within 20 minutes to provide critical coverage when the unexpected happens
Float to other departments as a helping hand when needed, showcasing your versatility

Qualifications

Active RN license (Oregon license not required at submittal - 90-day emergency license available upon offer)
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong experience with gynecological cases including TLH
Comfortable scrubbing in the operating room
Willingness to take call and respond within 20 minutes

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Meditech ORM documentation
Solid understanding of gynecological and general surgery procedures
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
