Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to 8-10 patients daily
Treat a variety of conditions including general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular issues, and fall prevention
Work primarily with a large geriatric population to improve mobility and quality of life
Document patient progress using EMR systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to support comprehensive patient care
Provide education and guidance to patients and families for continued progress at home

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Current BLS and CPR certification
EMR experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy techniques and best practices
EMR documentation and patient management systems
Treatment of orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
Geriatric patient care and fall prevention strategies
Patient education and home exercise program development
