Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with varying end times, plus call coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians during surgical procedures as directed
Serve as first assistant in the operating room across multiple specialties
Scrub in and support complex cases including robotics and neuro procedures
Float between campuses as needed to support patient care
Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled

Qualifications

Active RN license with RNFA certification
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
Strong scrubbing skills as an RN
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes

Knowledge & Skills

Robotics experience is essential
Proficiency with Cerner EMR
Comfortable with a wide range of surgical cases from ortho to ENT
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and adaptable to varying shift lengths and call schedules
