Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive respiratory care across neonatal to geriatric patient populations
Deliver expert care in Level II trauma, NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
Operate advanced respiratory equipment including Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and V-60 ventilators
Cover all areas throughout the facility including inpatient, ER, and specialty units
Make independent clinical judgments while working closely with physicians
Support patients with ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Active North Dakota state respiratory therapy license
Minimum NICU experience required
Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
Experience with neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory care
Proficiency with multiple ventilator platforms and respiratory equipment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfort working across diverse patient care areas
