Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy for shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Treat a diverse caseload including CVA, MS, and head injury patients across acute inpatient, rehab, and outpatient settings
Provide upper extremity therapy with a focus on restoring function and mobility
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute care
Collaborate with rehab aides and the care team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Outpatient orthopedic experience with upper extremity focus preferred
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Experience with shoulder, wrist, and elbow conditions
Ability to manage 12 patients per day across multiple care settings
Familiarity with ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
