Location: Peterborough, New Hampshire

Start Date: 06-22-2026

Contract Type: Perm

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with Saturday rotation 8:00 AM - Noon

Hours per Week: 40

Bill Rate: $39/hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans
Maintain accurate medical records and promptly report changes in patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments following hospital policies and protocols
Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
Offer emotional support and advocate for patients' rights and compassionate care
Stay current on medical advancements through ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by New Hampshire Board of Nursing
At least some nursing experience required; new grads not accepted at this time
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
Commitment to maintaining confidential patient information

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing process and patient assessment
Care planning and medication administration
Patient education and family communication
Medical terminology and documentation
Collaborative teamwork with physicians and clinical staff
