Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a medical-surgical unit
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage a diverse patient load and adapt quickly to changing needs
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Med/Surg experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotations considered
• Ability to work weekend night shifts consistently

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health records
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
