Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to critically ill neonates in the NICU
• Manage and monitor ventilators and other respiratory equipment
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate families on respiratory care and infant health
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapy license in Ohio
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of NICU experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and part-time schedule

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in neonatal respiratory care
• Proficient with ventilators, CPAP, and other respiratory equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
• Attention to detail and critical thinking
