Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical and telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Iowa
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience in med/surg and telemetry nursing preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in medical-surgical nursing and telemetry monitoring
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
