Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
• Assist with deliveries and emergency procedures
• Educate families on newborn care and breastfeeding
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Illinois
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications
• Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
